If a cancellation request is submitted before our compliance team has commenced drafting, DSC creation, or filing on government portals (within 24 hours of payment), a refund of up to 100% of the professional fee will be issued, less payment gateway processing charges (typically 2-3%).
Once statutory government fees (such as MCA name reservation fee, stamp duty, DSC issuance cost, or trademark government filing fee) have been deposited with the government portal, those fees become strictly non-refundable as the department does not reimburse them under any circumstances.
If our specialists have prepared documents, conducted legal research, or drafted statutory articles, reasonable professional fees commensurate with the hours expended will be deducted before issuing any partial refund.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
